HOW MANY GUESTS CAN STAY?
The cabin sleeps up to 10 guests. There is a king size bed in the primary room, a queen size bed on the main level, and 2 queen size beds in the loft. The couch in the den also folds out into a bed if needed.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes, we allow up to two dogs for a $50 pet fee.
ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?
There is a $260 cleaning fee per stay and a $250 security deposit that will be refunded the day after your stay if there are no damages.
WHAT ARE THE GENERAL HOUSE RULES?
-No pets other than dogs (up to 2 dogs allowed).
-No parties or events
-No confetti, glitter, feathers or silly string inside or outside the cabin (an additional $50 cleaning fee will be included)
-No bubbles in the jacuzzi or hot tub (an additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged)
-Only registered guests may stay at the cabin
- No smoking (Marijuana or tobacco cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes or any similar product whose use generates smoke or vapors)
-Use the hot tub at your own risk (it takes a while to warm up so plan for use accordingly)
- Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10PM & 8AM
-Guests MUST be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult
- This property, while in a resort, is in the wilderness. Encounters with wildlife may be expected and may include, but are not limited to bears, mice, centipedes, and other insects. and pests. We have the property serviced every month and thoroughly cleaned between every guest to help control this. You as the guest are accepting the possibility of such encounters and any such encounters are out of the control of the host and will not result in a refund.
